Welcome to Curbside Express (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [trycurbside.com] and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

Curbside Express offers scheduled trash valet and related services. We move customer-provided trash bins between designated collection points (e.g. curbside and home/garage, bin-to-curb), according to the service plan selected.

Important:

Curbside Express does not handle or dispose of trash directly. All trash must be bagged, properly secured inside customer-provided bins, and ready for municipal collection.


2. Service Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the authority to authorize access to the property for our personnel.

  • You have obtained any required permissions from your HOA, property management, or local authorities.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure bins are accessible for pickup/drop-off.

  • Notify us of gate codes, restricted access, or special entry instructions.

  • Ensure bins contain only household waste allowed by your municipality.

  • Maintain your bins in sanitary, safe condition.

  • Comply with HOA rules and local waste regulations.


Curbside Express reserves the right to refuse service if these responsibilities are not met.


4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Service

  • Service schedules are provided at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed services due to blocked access, improper bin preparation, or incorrect instructions may result in standard service fees still applying.


5. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are listed at time of purchase or booking.

  • Payments are due at time of booking or according to your subscription plan.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.


6. Refunds

Refund requests will be handled according to our separate Refund Policy. Services rendered are generally non-refundable.


7. Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant Curbside Express permission to enter your property for the sole purpose of performing agreed services. We are not responsible for any delays due to access restrictions, security measures, or lack of gate codes.


8. Liability Limitations

  • Curbside Express is not liable for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, municipal delays, or third-party actions.

  • We are not responsible for fines, HOA violations, or missed municipal pickups.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Curbside Express and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.


10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your agreement to any updated Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
