Refund Policy

Curbside Express is committed to delivering professional and reliable service. Due to the nature of our scheduled service offerings, our refund policy is as follows:

Completed Services: Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Service Cancellations: Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled service time for a full refund or service credit.

Missed Services: If we are unable to perform service due to blocked access, incorrect gate codes, or improper bin preparation, service fees may still apply.

Service Interruptions: If service is interrupted by weather, road closures, or municipal delays, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue a service credit.

Subscription Plans: Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
